Elwyn Books was born in 2022 and is home to a wide array of exciting new releases and beloved classics, all available at prices that make reading accessible to everyone. We hope to build an inclusive community that encourages empathy, curiosity, and wonder.
While Elwyn Books currently only exists in the digital space, every decision we make is in service of our core values and with future plans to build a brick and mortar space that will be a vital hub for the community.
Meet the Owner
Kelley Matney is an avid reader and aspiring novelist, who has lived many lives, professionally speaking. You can find her in an eclectic and colorful apartment in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of our nation’s capital, living with her black cat, Moira Rose.
